These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 899jl platform and all services offered through it. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing 899jl, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in their entirety.
Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and 899jl ("the Platform," "We," "Us," "Our"). 899jl operates under the regulatory framework of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Access to and use of the 899jl platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful.

899jl is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age threshold is set by PAGCOR regulations governing Philippine gaming operations and is non-negotiable. 899jl employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on 899jl. Multi-accounting — the creation or use of more than one Account by the same individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where multi-accounting is detected, 899jl reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit all balances across those Accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
Players must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including their legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. 899jl does not accept registrations in false names or with fictitious details. Information provided at registration must match the identification documents submitted during KYC verification. Players must promptly update their account information if any registered details change.
899jl's services are primarily directed at individuals located in the Republic of the Philippines. Players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are not permitted to register or use the 899jl platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 899jl is lawful in their location. 899jl does not represent that its services are legal in all jurisdictions.
Age Verification: 899jl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the age of all registered players. Valid government-issued Philippine identification — including Philippine Passport, UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, or Driver's License — will be required to complete KYC. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their 899jl login credentials, including their username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 899jl will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Players must immediately notify 899jl support if they suspect unauthorised access to their Account.
All wagers and transactions placed from a Player's Account — whether by the registered Player or by any third party who gained access through the Player's negligence or fault — are the responsibility of the registered account holder. 899jl will not reverse wagers placed prior to the Platform being notified of a security breach.
Accounts are personal and non-transferable. Players may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise convey their Account or any balance therein to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 899jl reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of up to five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500) to dormant accounts, deducted from the Real Money Balance, after giving reasonable prior notice by email to the Player's registered email address. Players wishing to avoid inactivity fees should log in periodically or contact support to deactivate their Account.
899jl accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). 899jl reserves the right to add, modify, or remove payment methods at its discretion. Any changes to accepted payment methods will be communicated to Players via the platform or by email with reasonable advance notice.
GCash and PayMaya deposits are processed instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically credited within one (1) banking day, subject to the policies of the originating financial institution. 899jl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) the Player's KYC verification must be complete; (b) the withdrawal amount must not include Bonus Balance subject to outstanding Wagering Requirements; (c) the withdrawal must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's verified legal name; (d) the minimum withdrawal amount is five hundred Philippine Pesos (₱500). 899jl targets same-day processing for GCash withdrawals from verified accounts during standard operating hours, though processing times are not guaranteed.
899jl operates under Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. The Platform reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds for deposits above threshold amounts established in 899jl's AML policy. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal holds and mandatory reporting to relevant Philippine authorities. Deposits made without corresponding wagering activity may be treated as suspicious and subject to review.
Currency: All balances, wagers, and transactions on 899jl are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). 899jl does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Players depositing via methods that convert foreign currency will bear any associated conversion fees.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions offered by 899jl are subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the applicable promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for matters relating exclusively to that promotion.
Bonus Balances awarded to Players must be wagered at the rate specified in the applicable promotion before they become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering Requirements must typically be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Failure to complete Wagering Requirements within the validity period will result in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Balance and any winnings derived solely from it.
899jl actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements while minimising variance; collusive play between multiple accounts to exploit promotions; and the use of software or algorithms to automate wagering. Players found to have engaged in bonus abuse may have their Bonus Balance and derived winnings forfeited and their Account suspended.
899jl reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion, including restricting promotions to new players, to players who have not previously claimed a specific offer, or to players who have not violated these Terms & Conditions. The Platform may modify or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
All games on the 899jl platform operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. In accepting these Terms & Conditions, Players acknowledge and agree that:

Players may not: copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any 899jl content without explicit written permission; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any platform software; or use 899jl branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation not authorised by 899jl.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 899jl's aggregate liability to any Player for losses or damages arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the Player's net Real Money Balance deposited in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 899jl expressly excludes liability for:

899jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account — and to withhold or confiscate any balance therein — under the following circumstances:
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 899jl will notify the Player via their registered email address and provide an opportunity to respond where legally required to do so. Where a permanent closure results from a Player's own request or inactivity, any remaining Real Money Balance (net of applicable fees) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable period.
899jl reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform at least fourteen (14) days prior to taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons. Continued use of the 899jl platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept a material amendment should cease using the platform and may request account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account, or the 899jl platform that cannot be resolved informally through 899jl's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which is the seat of PAGCOR's principal offices.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact 899jl support to attempt informal resolution. 899jl aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days and to resolve substantive disputes within thirty (30) days where possible.

899jl operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework. This means there's an independent regulatory body — not just 899jl itself — overseeing compliance. PAGCOR-licensed platforms must meet minimum standards for player protection, fair play, and financial integrity.
