11. Children & Minors Under 21

899jl's services are strictly limited to individuals aged 21 and older under PAGCOR's regulatory requirements. 899jl does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below this age. The 899jl platform implements age verification during the registration process and may request documentary proof of age for any account.

If 899jl discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under the age of 21, that data will be promptly deleted, the account will be suspended, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR as required. Parents and guardians who believe a minor may have registered an account on 899jl are encouraged to contact 899jl's support team immediately.

12. International Data Transfers

Some of 899jl's service providers — including cloud infrastructure providers and game content studios — may be located outside the Republic of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred internationally, 899jl ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
